This Privacy Policy describes how Enso ("Enso", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with Enso and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy is intended for the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand your information may be processed and stored in the United States.

We’ll process verifiable requests in accordance with applicable law. We may need to verify your identity and can deny requests where permitted by law.

If we deny your request, you may have the right to appeal depending on your state. You can submit an appeal by replying to our response or contacting us using the details below.

  • You can designate an authorized agent to submit a request where permitted by law. We may require proof of authorization.

Children

The Services aren’t directed to children and are intended for users 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes go into effect.
